Families of victims of extrajudicial killings under former President Rodrigo Duterte's war on drugs campaign, along with supporters of the former president, flocked to the House of Representatives in Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City on Wednesday, November 13.
According to a report by Val Gonzales, families of the victims began gathering in the area around 8 a.m., with numbers steadily increasing ahead of a scheduled mass led by Bong Sarabia from the Diosies of Novaliches at 9 a.m.
Families of the victims were seen holding photos of their late loved ones.
A total of 139 families of victims are expected to attend the mass.
Meanwhile, supporters of the former president gathered at Bernardo Park, where vloggers awaited Duterte's arrival.
In a separate report by Milky Rigonan, preparations are underway at the People’s Center inside Batasan for the continuation of the House Quad Committee Hearing, which Duterte is expected to attend.

The House Quad Committee previously confirmed the resumption of the hearing after postponing it to November 21 to allow additional resource persons to participate in the legislative inquiry.
