EXO’s Sehun on Wednesday, Dec. 13, confirmed that he will enlist in the military on December 21.
In a handwritten letter posted on Weverse, Sehun apologized for taking “so long” to let the fans know.
“I will be fulfilling my military obligations starting in December. I apologize for taking so long to let EXO-L know. I’ve been spending a lot of time alone lately, taking care of myself and thinking deeply, so I’m writing to you all without being able to show my face,” Sehun said, as translated by a netizen on X (formerly Twitter).
The youngest EXO member also wishes the best for EXO-Ls (the group’s fandom name), and promised to be in good health until he comes back.
“I’m sure you’ve understood that I’ve been traveling without being able to say hello in person, and I’m very grateful for your support. I hope you will stay healthy until we meet again. I will come back to you in good health. Thank you,” he added.
Sehun is the last EXO member to enlist in the military.
