EXO’s Baekhyun has officially become the CEO of his agency, I&B100, according to media outlet Tenasia.

The South Korean singer founded the company on June 23, 2023, and is registered as its owner and CEO, which he has also completed as one of the company’s internal directors.

Before his contract renewal with SM Entertainment in August, Baekhyun had already stated the company, and Tenasia noted that his fellow members Chen and Xiumin would be working with I&B100.

Back then, Baekhyun also mentioned that he was involved as an executive director at a separate agency named One Signature, which he created alongside his friend, well-known choreographer Kasper.

Meanwhile, SM Entertainment stated that the exclusive contracts of Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin were still in place, and they were allowed to pursue individual activities per the company’s agreement.
