ACT-CIS party-list Representative Erwin Tulfo emerged as the most preferred senatorial candidate again in the May 2025 elections, according to OCTA Research’s Tugon ng Masa National survey.
Among the other candidates, 76 percent of Filipinos said they would vote for Tulfo as senator.
Senator Christopher “Bong” Go trailed behind at the second to third spot with 53 percent, followed by former Senate President Vicente Sotto III with 48 percent.
Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa received a voting preference of 47 percent, possibly earning him the third to fifth spot. Senator Imee Marcos followed with 42 percent, ranking her at the fourth to fifth spot in the latest survey.
The survey also showed that Filipinos would vote for Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla who received 35 percent, ranking him at the sixth to tenth spot.
Senator Francis “Tol” Tolentino, former Manila mayor Isko Moreno, and former Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson tied for the sixth to eleventh spot, with 33, 32, and 32 percent respectively.
The survey showed that Senator Pia Cayetano may be in the sixth to twelfth spot with 30 percent voting preference. She was followed by former Senator Manny Pacquiao on the seventh to twelfth spot with 28 percent.
Former Vice President Jejomar “Jojo” Binay may land on the tenth two thirteenth spot with 25 percent with Senator Manuel “Lito” Lapid completing the list of probable winners with 20 percent.
The OCTA polls were conducted from December 10 to 14 of last year with 1,200 respondents.
