

A former professional basketball player, Rudy Enterina Jr., passed away after getting run over by a prime mover while riding a motorcycle at the South Road Properties in Cebu on the morning of April 29th.
The accident occurred at around 9:15 a.m. when Enterina lost control of his motorcycle while passing an uneven part of the road.
He was thrown off the motorcycle and was subsequently run over by a prime mover driven by Jinghis Generale Tan, 59.
Tan was taken into police custody and could be charged with reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
Enterina was a former player in the Philippine Basketball Association and played for University of the Visayas during his college years.
He was drafted sixth overall by Purefoods during the 1991 PBA Draft and also played for the Cebu Gems in the now-defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association.
