Tropical Storm Enteng is accelerating over Northern Luzon and has now moved into the West Philippine Sea, according to PAGASA.

In its 5 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau reported that Enteng's eye was located over the coastal waters of Paoay, Ilocos Norte. The storm is moving northwestward at 25 km/h, with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gusts of up to 125 km/h.

By 2 p.m., Enteng is expected to be positioned 110 km west-northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.

Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) No. 2 has been raised over several parts of Luzon, including:

• Ilocos Norte
• Northern portion of Ilocos Sur (Sinait, Cabugao, San Juan, Magsingal, Santo Domingo, San Ildefonso, San Vicente, Santa Catalina, City of Vigan, Bantay, Santa, Caoayan)
• Apayao
• Abra
• Kalinga
• Western portion of Mainland Cagayan (Piat, Santo Niño, Camalaniugan, Tuao, Pamplona, Alcala, Amulung, Buguey, Solana, Rizal, Claveria, Iguig, Lasam, Aparri, Ballesteros, Abulug, Allacapan, Sanchez-Mira, Santa Praxedes)
• Babuyan Islands (Calayan, Dalupiri, and Fuga)
