Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile celebrated his 100th birthday in the Malacañang Palace on Wednesday, February 14.
Based on the photo forwarded by Senate President Juan Miguel 'Migz' Zubiri to Senate reporters, Enrile was seen with President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, former First Lady Imelda Marcos, and former President Joseph Estrada.
Also present in the photo were Zubiri and Senators Jinggoy Estrada, JV Ejercito, Nancy Binay, Sonny Angara, Ramon 'Bong' Revilla, Robinhood 'Robin' Padilla, Joel Villanueva, and Mark Villar.

In a Facebook post, the Office of the President extended a "warm birthday wishes" to Enrile.
"Your tireless efforts in serving our country are a constant inspiration to us all. Wishing you a year filled with joy and good health," it said.
Enrile served as the Secretary of the Department of National Defense from 1965 to 1971 and 1972 during the administration of former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.
Under the term of then President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, he served as the Senate President in 2008 and was re-elected in the post in 2010.
Enrile was named Marcos Jr.'s Chief Presidential Legal Counsel in 2022.
