The easterlies will bring rain over several parts of the Philippines on Tuesday, March 5, according to PAGASA.
Davao Region, Surigao del Sur, Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterlies.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
In regards to wind and coastal water conditions, Northern Luzon will have a light to moderate wind speed moving in an east-to-south direction with slight to moderate water conditions.
The rest of the county will also have light to moderate water conditions with wind speeds moving in an east-to-northeast direction, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
