MANILA – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) expressed its full support to the “Kadiwa ng Pangulo” after its simultaneous opening in different parts of the National Capital Region (NCR) today.

According to the DTI, it is the intention of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to ensure the stable supply of food and to provide livelihood for every Filipino.

In a statement, the DTI emphasized that the goal of “Kadiwa sa Pangulo” is to bring the harvests of farmers directly to the consumers, as well as manufactured products with affordable prices.

The DTI also is in sync with the goal of “Kadiwa ng Pangulo” to strengthen micro, small and medium enterprises and to make sure that the MSMEs are given access to manufacturers, cooperatives, fishermen and other sectors in the agricultural industry.
