The Bay Area Dragons will once again see action in the PBA.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday, July 19, the Dragons confirmed that the Hong Kong-based squad will compete in the next PBA Commissioner's Cup.

During the 20th edition of the Commissioner's Cup, Bay Area entered the playoffs with a 10-2 win-loss record.

The Dragons reached the finals of the conference but failed to grab the title after losing the Brgy. Ginebra in the best-of-seven series.

"The PBA is very excited about adding in a Hong Kong element to our upcoming Commissioner's Cup, and we look forward to the Bay Area Dragons team re-joining the PBA," Marcial said.
