High-flying guard Ricci Rivero has signed with Blackwater Bossing to play in PBA 3x3 after his failed stint in Taiwan.

The 24-year-old explosive guard is experienced in 3x3 games after participating in different basketball tournaments with Batang Gilas 3x3 team.
