The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has set up a hotline number wherein commuters can raise their transportation concerns, grievances, and complaints.

In a statement on Wednesday, DOTr said commuters can now contact DOTr Commuter Hotline number 0920-964-3687 for their complaints and reports.

The line will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday until Friday, it said.

"We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTr,” DOTr Secretary Jaime Bautista said.
