The Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon has ordered all undersecretaries, assistant secretaries, and directors to submit their courtesy resignations by February 26, 2025.

The order was indicated in a memorandum dated February 24. Dizon's directive came three days after he assumed office.

The report by RH Val Gonzales stated that all incumbent undersecretaries, assistant secretaries, and directors of the agency are instructed to submit their “unqualified courtesy resignation” by the 26th of February.

It was issued to allow the secretary to execute his mandate. All the above-mentioned officers will continue their duties until their resignations are finalized.
