The Department of Transportation (DOTr), together with the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), will again deploy buses and trucks on Wednesday, July 23, to give stranded commuters free rides due to the southwest monsoon or habagat.

According to the DOTr, this complies with President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s order to ensure the safety of commuters. Buses and trucks will be deployed from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and again from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Buses and trucks would follow the given route:

• Quiapo - Fairview
• Quiapo - Angono
• Legarda - Angono
• Lawton - Alabang
• Roxas Blvd. - Sucat
