Love Radio disc jockey Raqi Terra has stepped into the spotlight of a paracetamol-caffeine pain reliever commercial and delivered zest at its best.
Charged with compelling relish, Raqi rocked the studio alongside humorous actress-comedienne Melai Cantiveros.
“Akala mo may tulog ‘yan, pero wala—kagagaling lang ‘yan sa Spotify Awards,” Raqi quipped in a behind-the-scenes clip. Spotify had recognized her podcast, “Raqi’s Secret Files” as its Top New Solo Podcast of the Year for 2024.
Done up in the brand’s signature vibrant tones and a warm, natural makeup look, she was shown being taught the hand motions and rehearsing.
“Kala mo confident ‘yan, pero kinakabahan ‘yan!” she confided playfully.
She expressed pleasure in having “Auntie” Melai’s company, whom she regards as “espesyal.”
Raqi Terra, besides hosting a segment for one of Manila’s top radio stations, is an acclaimed DJ. The Spotify award aside, she is an ASEAN Excellence awardee, hailed “Premier Achiever Inspiring Content Creator and Outstanding Radio DJ” by the SIRBISU Channel, and a nominee for “Favorite DJ” at the 9th RAWR Awards.
