

DFA Aseana, DFA Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in the National Capital Region — with the exception of those in Quezon City — will only be open for a half-day On Monday, July 24, 2023.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced in a statement that the aforementioned services will be reduced on Monday owing to Typhoon Egay's anticipated effects and the planned three-day transport strike.
"Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, and TOPS sites in Metro Manila will be accommodated from Tuesday, 25 July 2023 to Friday, 25 August 2023,” the DFA said.
"TOPS (in Metro Manila) applicants will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from Tuesday, 25 July 2023 to Friday, 25 August 2023. TOPS applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their original appointment," it added.
Meanwhile, the Passport Releasing Service Center at Pasay City's Double Dragon Meridian Park would only be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday.
