According to Edniel Parrosa's report during DZRH Damdaming Bayan, the man was reportedly found by a security guard who was manning the area.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) faced difficulty in identifying the corpse as it was bloated and showed no signs of identity.
Authorities estimated that the man is approximately 50 to 60 years old.
Interviewed by Parrosa, Ex-O Patrick Araullo of the Bagong Ilog Security Force said there could be a possibility that the man is a foreigner.
"Nakasuot po siya ng kulay pula na t-shirt na may nakalagay po sa likod na Junnie and Vanity Store at mayroon pong nakalagay na address sa damit niya na Mandaluyong City po," Arraulo said.
He said that no bullet or stab wounds were found on the man's remains.
The corpse is currently in the custody of the PNP-Scene of Crime Operations.
