Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas, Inc. (KSMBPI) filed criminal charges against vlogger Toni Fowler at the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday, Sept. 27.
In a report by RH Christian Maño, KSMBPI claimed that Fowler’s YouTube videos violated Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code Republic Act No.10175 or Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

“May isang minor pang kasama sa isang video. I think pamangkin niya ‘to, minor child, I think 17 [lang siya] nung video na ‘to. Naliligo sila na may sabon, umiinom ng alak, and then yung ginagawa nilang decoration is yung sex organ ng lalaki,” Atty. Mark Tolentino said, citing Fowler’s music video titled “MPL”.
In the same report, Tolentino expressed his concern since Toni Fowler has underage youth streaming her videos.
KSMBPI’s lawyer said freedom of expression is not absolute and still subject to limitations, especially if morality and minor children are involved.
Fowler's camp have yet to issue statement over the matter.
