The musician worried they might miss their flight the same day, as they were not allowed to enter the hotel premises after the quake.

Once they were permitted to enter, he recalled hurriedly putting their stuff inside their luggage so that they would be able to catch their flight. In a separate post, the composer took the time to thank his followers for the warm wishes.

Before reaching the airport, he said that all transport operations had temporarily halted due to the incident.

“We had a huddle to decide if we want to book a room sa hotel to stay for the night? I said no. I want to be in the airport. Doon na lang kami maghintay. Besides… ayoko sa 26th floor matulog at Baka meron pang earthquake,” he wrote.

“I must say na ang galing ng staff ng hotel. Hindi sila sanay dito sa bkk pag earthquake pero wow ang alaga nila sa mga tao, highly professional. Bow talaga,” he added.

Despite knowing that there were no flights available at the time, he decided to stay at the airport and waited to catch the succeeding flights.
