A coconut oil tanker caused spill along South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) after it crashed onto a Skyway post on the morning of Saturday, March 9.

In a report from RH Noche Cacas, the incident happened at 8:10 AM in Pasay City while the vehicle, with plate number UKS170, was traversing the southbound lane of the expressway. It then collided with a concrete post at the Skyway ground level, which caused an oil spill on both lanes.

Due to the slippery road, several motorcycle riders skidded and crashed on the spill road.

The incident also caused slight traffic congestion, but clearing operations were initiated and successfully completed by 11:00 AM, according to MMDA.
