South Korean singer Chung Ha has dropped the music video for "EENIE MEENIE" featuring Hongjoong of K-pop boy group ATEEZ.
"EENIE MEENIE" is the second track of her two-song digital single album with the same name.
In an exclusive interview with American magazine Rolling Stone published March 11, Chung Ha said her collaboration with Hongjoong allowed her "to get out of her comfort zone."
She described Hongjoong as an artist who has a "very cool vibe" and "crazy rapping skills."
"He elevated this whole track," Chung Ha remarked.
The 28-year-old singer also shared that "EENIE MEENIE" is different from her past "sparkly and bright" title tracks as she sang this in a lower register and she also had to rap and whisper.
"This time, it’s more serious. It was really challenging, tricky, and fun," she said.
Before the release of "EENIE MEENIE", Chung Ha dropped the music video for "I'm Ready" in which she did some waacking moves for the very first time.
"I'm Ready" is the first track of the Korean singer's two-song digital single album.
"EENIE MEENIE" is Chung Ha's first project with her new music label, MORE VISION owned by Korean-American singer Jay Park.
This also marks her return in the K-pop industry after one year and a half since dropping her second full-length album "Bare&Rare Pt. 1" with title track "Sparkling".
