“Mr. Queen” actress Cha Chung-hwa is expecting her first child, according to a South Korean media outlet on Wednesday, January 24.

According to Soompi, Chung-hwa’s agency IOK Company shared the announcement with STARNEWS.

The agency did not disclose the baby’s expected delivery date stating that “It is difficult to disclose details about the actress’ personal life.”

The actress earlier tied the knot with a non-celebrity boyfriend last October where the wedding was held privately.

Having started her career as a thespian in the early 2000’s, Chung Hwa is best known through her portrayal of characters in dramas including, “Crash Landing on You,” “Mr. Queen,” “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,” and “See You in My 19th Life.”
