Chezka Centeno ruled the 2023 Predator WPA World 10 Ball Women's Champions.
The four-time Southeast Asian gold medalist bested Han Yu of China, 9-5, on Sunday, October 22, in order to bring home the grand prize of US$ 50,000 or around Php 2.8 million.
Centeno barged into the finals after defeating Allison Fisher, 9-8, in the semifinals and Chou Chieh-Yu, 9-2, of Chinese Taipei in the quarterfinals
The 24-year old Filipina exacted revenge for her compatriot and two time 10-ball champion Rubilen Amit who fell to Yu in the quarterfinals, 9-3.
The Chinese pool player earned a spot in the finals by beating Kelly Fisher, 9-2, of England in the semifinals.
