A car robbery occurred while Miss Universe 218 Catriona Gray was in London, having lunch.
The beauty queen posted in her Instagram stories on Saturday, August 31, a photo of a vehicle with a shattered rear window. Catriona recalled that the robbery happened while she and her family had decided to stop for lunch on the way to the airport.
“Robbed in the middle of London, whilst stopping for lunch on the way to the airport. Our passports and belongings — gone. Traumatized,” she wrote.
Catriona did not disclose any additional information on the incident.
The beauty queen recently flew to the United Kingdom with her family for a ‘special trip’ for her father who grew up in Scotland before leaving at age seven. She mentioned going on a road trip from London through Scotland and back.
