The province of Catanduanes will be placed under Alert Level 4 starting November 17, according to the approved recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), while Metro Manila will stay under Alert Level 2 until November 30.
The IATF approved on Saturday that Catanduanes will be put under Alert Level 4 until November 30, according to presidential spokesperson Harry Roque.
Meanwhile, the following areas are under Alert Level 3 starting November 15 to 30:
- Baguio City
- Siquijor
Starting November 17, these areas are under Alert Level 3 until November 30:
- Batanes
- Quirino
- Nueva Vizcaya
- City of Isabela
- Zamboanga City
Meanwhile, under Alert Level 2 are imposed in the following areas from November 13 to 30:
- Ilocos Sur
- La Union
- Pangasinan
- Dagupan
- Ilocos Norte
- Tacloban
- Southern Leyte
- Western Samar
- Eastern Samar
- Northern Samar
- Ormoc City
- Leyte
- Biliran
- South Cotabato
- North Cotabato
- Sarangani
- General Santos City
- Sultan Kudarat
From November 15 to 30, these areas are under Alert Level 2:

The country has begun implementing nationwide its five-tier Alert Level System, after it piloted across Metro Manila back in September.
President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday approved its nationwide rollout, while the IATF said its implemetation will be done in phases.
