

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced on Tuesday, October 10, the cancellation of some flights due to unfavorable weather conditions.
According to the airport authority, as of 10:30, the following flights have been canceled:
- AirSwift (T6)
T6 112 Manila-El Nido
T6 114 Manila-El Nido
T6 121 El Nido-Manila
Pagasa reported on Tuesday the trough or extension of a low pressure area (LPA) that is affecting areas in Visayas and Mindanao regions.
Based on the weather bureau's 3:00 am bulletin, Tropical Depression (formerly "Jenny") was seen 1,025 kilometers (km) west of extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour.
Another tropical cyclone, Typhoon Bolaven, was seen in 2,385 km of Eastern Visayas with maximum sustained winds of 120 km per hour.
