

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced on Friday, September 15, the cancellation of some flights due to unfavorable weather condition.
According to MIAA, the following flights have been canceled:

As of 3:00 AM, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was seen at 405 kilometers north-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.
According to PAGASA, the Southwest Monsoon, or habagat, is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing rains to several areas of the country.
Zambales, Bataan, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Western Visayas have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon or localized thunderstorms.
