

Several flights, scheduled next week, have been canceled after Super Typhoon Betty entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday, March 27.
In an advisory, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport said the following flights are canceled as of 12nn:

As of 11 AM, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) hoisted Signal No. 1 over several areas in Cagayan and Isabela as Super Typhoon Betty maintains its strength while moving west-northwestward at 30 km/h.
The state weather bureau said Betty is forecasted to remain in the Super Typhoon category over the weekend.
Super Typhoon Betty is expected to weaken and move away from PAR by Thursday next week.
