The casts and close friends of Vice Ganda marked his recent Best Actor victory with a celebratory after-party, as seen in an Instagram post shared by Kaladkaren on January 3.
Kaladkaren gave fans a glimpse of the celebration through photos from the gathering, captioned, “Meme Vice’s after party! Kapag may awardan, may… walwalan!!! Congratulations, Best Actor!!!”
Vice Ganda, whose real name is Jose Marie Borja Viceral and is widely known as Asia’s Phenomenal Superstar, earned his first-ever acting award during the Gabi ng Parangal of the 51st Metro Manila Film Festival. He was recognized as Best Actor for his performance in his MMFF entry, Call Me Mother.
Meanwhile, entertainment columnist Ogie Diaz revealed in a Facebook post the box office standings of MMFF films after six days of screening. According to the figures shared, Call Me Mother topped the list with an estimated gross of ₱186.395 million, making it the highest-grossing and most-watched MMFF entry for 2025 so far.
