The strike of by Super Typhoon Goring in the country has affected areas in Cagayan, resulting in the records of three injured, one dead, and one missing.
According to RH 25 Grace Sansano's report in DZRH Damdaming Bayan, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) Cagayan has recorded three injured individuals from Calawagan in the towns of Piad, San Jose, Baggai, and Roman Norte in the town of Enrile.
Meanwhile, a male was found lifeless and floating in the Cagayan River, part of Barangay Angquiray in Amulong Town on Wednesday.
On the other hand, the search continues for Garold Tugade, a 22-year-old fisherman in the town of Sta. Ana, who was reportedly missing.
The PDRRMO said up to 24,000 individuals or 7,303 families from 22 towns in Cagayan have been affected by Super Typhoon Goring.
Of the number, 956 families were moved to the evacuation centers.
Three houses in Sta. Ana were partially damaged while one house in the town of Tuao were totally damaged.
