MIAA said NAIA's international and domestic runways remained operational during the recovery procedures.
Thirty-four passengers and seven crew members onboard the flight were reportedly “safe and unharmed” as they were disembarked immediately and taken to the nearby holding area via ramp bus.
A mopping operation was conducted thereafter.
According to RH Sherwin Alfaro’s report, the C130 aircraft came from a local domestic flight.
