Jin of the K-pop supergroup BTS had the ARMY fandom in tears on Sunday as he shared a photo of his fresh military buzzcut ahead of enlistment this week.
The Astronaut singer, whose real name Kim Seok-Jin, dropped the selfie on WeVerse along with a funny caption: "kekekekekeke (it’s) cuter than I thought."

Earlier this month, his label BigHit Music formally announced his military enlistment after a Korean media outlet leaked the date and place of his enlistment last month.
In a statement on WeVerse, the agency said Jin will "not be holding any kind of official event on the day of his recruitment."
Likewise, BigHit also asked fans to refrain from going to the site as the entrance ceremony is a time to be observed by military personnel and their families only.
"We ask you for your continued love and support for Jin until he finishes his military service and comes back," BigHit Music said.
"Our company will also strive to provide every support he needs during this time."
Jin becomes the first BTS member to enlist in the military.
All able-bodied South Korean men under the age of 30 must perform about two years of military service, mainly because the country remains technically at war with nuclear-armed North Korea.
Their agency, HYBE, announced last month that BTS members would carry out their mandatory military service, starting with Jin.
He recently released his highly-anticipated solo single "The Astronaut."
Take care and see you soon, Jin!
