Gilas Pilipinas Naturalized Player Justin Brownlee secured a spot in the All-Star Five of the 2024 Olympic Qualifiers in Riga, Latvia.
Brownlee earned the moniker Michael Jordan of the Philippines from his teammate Kai Sotto, and the three time PBA Best Import of the Conference showed that he deserved the nickname by averaging 23 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game during the qualifiers.
Brazilian duo Bruno Caboclo and Leo Meindl topped the list that also include Rihards Lomazs of Latvia, and Jeremiah Hill of Cameroon.

The Olympic dreams of Gilas Pilipinas came to an end after losing to Brazil, 71-60, in the semifinals.
Prior the semifinals match, the Philippines defeated Latvia, 89-80, but fell short against Georgia, 96-94, during the group stage of the qualifiers that ran from July 2 to July 7.
Brazil ruled the tournament after defeating Latvia, 94-69, in the final match, and snagged a ticket to the 33rd Olympics in Paris, France.
