Brian Poe Llamanzares, first nominee of the FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist, recently completed the Counterintelligence Course offered by the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA).
The program, designed to train individuals in counterintelligence strategies, aims to strengthen the country’s efforts in addressing security challenges.
Poe described the course as a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the intricacies of counterintelligence and its impact on national security. He commended NICA for fostering a culture of excellence in the field.
"What an honor to study alongside the next generation of our country's counterintelligence leadership at the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency," said Llamanzares.
During the course, Poe earned recognition for his case study on the West Philippine Sea, a critical issue in the nation’s security landscape. He received a certificate of recognition from NICA Director General Ricardo F. de Leon, underscoring his commitment to understanding complex security challenges.
Poe also expressed gratitude to his classmates and the agency's personnel, recognizing their dedication to protecting the nation.
