President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. is confident that Vice President-elect Sara Duterte "will do a great job" in serving Filipinos.
"I'm so proud of her, so proud of her. She's gonna be great, she'll do a great job. I know it," Marcos told reporters when asked for a message for Duterte, who took her oath as the 15th Vice President of the Philippines in Davao City on Sunday.
Marcos was present at the inauguration ceremony of the presidential daughter at the San Pedro Square in Davao City on Sunday, together with his wife, Attorney Liza Araneta-Marcos, his son, incoming Congressman Sandro Marcos, and incoming Executive Secretary Attorney Vic Rodriguez.
Aside from being the incoming vice president, Duterte will also serve as the Education secretary under Marcos’ administration.
