The Bolts snagged a 97-88 overtime win against the reigning Japan B.League champions Ryukyu Golden Kings on Wednesday, December 13, in Macau.

A three-point basket by Ryuichi Kishimoto allowed the Kings to take the lead at the start of the overtime period.

However, Meralco turned things around after a basket by Lofton sparked a 12 point-run of the Filipinos, and put them up by nine points, 92-83.

Vic Law finished with 27 points and Keita Imamura registered 19 points as the Ryukyu tasted the first loss of the team in the season.
