The Quiapo Church, also known as the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene, has announced the route for the motorcade and parade of the image of the Black Nazarene on Good Friday set to begin at 12:01 a.m.
Organizers have deployed security personnel since the start of the Holy Week on April 2 to ensure the safety of visitors attending the annual observance.
The route for the motorcade and parade will begin at Plaza Miranda-Villalobos and end at Quiapo Church via Villalobos and Plaza Miranda.

In-person religious activities have been allowed this year for the Holy Week observance as the Covid-19 situation in the country improves and the government eases restrictions.
The church has also reminded participants to observe health protocols during the event.
