After a frustrating experience reported by the fans during their homecoming concert, Filipino folk band Ben&amp;Ben apologized to their fans, the Liwanags.&nbsp;
The nine-piece band released a statement through their official Twitter account, saying that they heard all the frustration they felt during the concert.&nbsp;
"We hear you. We feel your pain, frustration, and anger,&rdquo; Ben&amp;Ben wrote.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Moreover, the band expressed its sincere apology to those who were stressed by the queuing, entry to the venue, and general gaps in the event's organization.&nbsp;
With such an incident, Ben&amp;Ben vowed to be more involved in the planning and preparations for their next concerts to minimize mishaps.&nbsp;
Meanwhile, they thanked the fans who attended the concert, saying that they cannot explain how happy and grateful they were to meet their Liwanags.&nbsp;
