Actress Bea Borres is thinking about filing a cyber-libel charge against basketball player Ricci Rivero for his “kabit” remarks against her, responding to a cryptic post that the actress wrote on social media platform “X” on October 21.

Borres is already in the process of consulting with a lawyer to determine the legal action she could take against Rivero, according to reports.

The actress, who is also a close friend of Rivero’s ex-girlfriend Andrea Brillantes, said that her lawyer gave her advice to file a cyber-libel case against the basketball player for directly dropping her name on the post, aligning with the claims that she was a mistress.

Boress added that her lawyer is now reviewing her social media post as well as Rivero’s response.

It can be recalled that Rivero was provoked by Borres’ random post as it coincidentally connected to his lengthy and sweet posts, confirming his relationship with beauty queen-turned-politician Leren Mae Bautista.

The new couple became the talk of the town, tagging the beauty queen as the alleged third party behind the basketball player’s breakup with Brillantes.

After hard-launching Bautista through his Instagram post, Borres went on to social media platform X and wrote a post that obviously pertained to Rivero.
