It was a night of celebration for Filipino fans as some of the legendary names in K-pop gathered on one stage for a tribute concert for the elderly.
Thousands of fans flocked the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City on Saturday, Dec. 9 to witness the performances of EXO's Chen and Xiumin, TVXQ!'s Max Changmin and U-Know, and the 'Queen of K-pop' herself, BoA as they headline "Be You 2 The Wold Will Care."
Prior to this, they also held a show in Mactan Newton Open Grounds in Cebu City.
Joining the start-studded line up were Filipino artists including P-pop girl group G22, social media sensation Lady Pipay, actor-singer Ian Veneracion, and 'Asia's Queen of Songs' Pilita Corrales.
Donning an all black ensemble, Xiumin of EXO was welcomed by Filipino EXOLs with loud cheers as he returns to the country for the first since he was released from the mandatory military enlistment in 2019.
The singer-actor performed the title track "Brand New" from his solo mini-album of the same name, which was released in September this year.
Aside from this, the oldest member of the boy group also danced to his songs "Feedback," "Serenity," and "Love Letter."

Continuing his performance, the singer sang another song from his new album, "I don't Even Mind." It was then followed by "Shall We" and the well-loved OST of the 2016 South Korean drama Descendants of the Sun, "Everytime."

Almost two decades into their careers, it is unbelievable that this was the first time that TXVQ's Max Changmin and U-Know performed in Manila and meeting their Filipino Cassiopea's.
The duo performed their hit songs "Keep Your Head Down" and "Maximum" while clad in their red suits, embodying their 'K-pop Royalty' titles.
They close out ther set with "Dream" and their iconic track "Mirotic," furthe rhyping up the crowd to what more is in store for them.
Both Changmin and Yunho expressed their hopes to be back in the Philippines soon for their solo concert. The duo were supposed to stage their concert in 2019 but was canceled.
The last act of the night is none other than the 'Queen of Kpop' herself, BoA!
She first performed "Better," wowing the crowd with her raspy vocals followed by her strong live vocals in her hit-song "Only One."
"I was so excited to meet you all and I know you have been waiting for me for so long. And now I realized that I came to the Philippines late," said BoA.
