More watchmen patrol around Brgy. 313, Sta. Cruz, Manila after two men abducted a Chinese businessman in the area.

Brgy. 313 chairperson Eddie Jasmin said on Tuesday, February 20, that the abduction brought fear to the Chinese and Filipino-Chinese community in the barangay.

"Humihingi sila ng dagdag na bantay tuwing gabi hanggang madaling araw," Jasmin told DZRH.

"Lagi naman natin ginagawa yung peace and order. Ngayon, sinigurado namin na ang Brgy. 313, nagpadagdag ako ng barangay tanod every gabi para sa pag-iikot din," he assured.
