Senatorial candidate Harry Roque has attributed President Rodrigo Duterte's high approval ratings to his accomplishments during his term.

Roque, who was Duterte's former spokesperson, cited the passing of laws of free medicines, irrigation, and tuition on state colleges and universities.

He also claimed that Duterte brought down the crime rate in the country and called his war against illegal drugs a success.
