The Philippine Azkals settled for a 1-1 draw against Indonesia on Tuesday, November 21, at Rizal Memorial Stadium.

At the 23rd minute of the match, Patrick Reichelt scored the first goal of the Philippine national men's football team in the 2nd round of the qualifiers fro the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2027 AFC Asian Cup.

However, victory eluded the Azkals after Saddil Ramdani made the equalizer for Indonesia at the 70th minute mark.

The Filipinos, who now have one loss, and one draw in the qualifiers, turn their sights to beating Iraq, which bested Vietnman (1-0) and Indonesia (5-1) in the last two games of the team.
