“WE ARE YOUR M7 WORLD CHAMPIONS!” – Aurora Gaming PH

Aurora Gaming PH cemented its place in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang history after delivering a dominant 4–0 sweep of Indonesia’s Alter Ego to capture the M7 World Championship title.

The emphatic Grand Finals victory sealed Aurora’s sixth consecutive M Series championship, extending the Philippines’ reign as the most successful region in MLBB esports. As champions, Aurora will take home $320,000 in cash prizes.

From the opening game, Aurora dictated the pace with sharp drafting, disciplined macro play, and decisive team fights that left Alter Ego struggling to keep up.

Roamer Dylan Aaron “Light” Catipon proved instrumental throughout the series, earning Finals MVP honors after consistently setting up winning engagements and controlling key objectives.

The triumph also marked a career milestone for Aurora’s roster. EXP Laner Edward Jay “Edward” Dapadap clinched his second world championship, adding the M7 crown to his M3 title with Blacklist International.

Meanwhile, Jungler Jonard Cedrix “DemonKite” Caranto, Gold Laner Jan Dominic “Domengkite” Delmundo, Mid Laner Kenneth Carl “Yue” Tadeo, and Roamer Dylan Aaron “Light” Catipon each celebrated their first world titles.

The victory raised the total number of Filipino MLBB world champions to 27.

Following their championship run, Aurora shared a heartfelt message online, reflecting on their journey through setbacks and near-misses before finally breaking through on the biggest stage.

“Many chances have passed, but all will happen when the time’s right… No more Uncrowned Prince, no more unfinished business, no more comparisons, and no more doubts and questions. We move forward and pave our own legacy,” the team wrote.

Aurora dedicated the victory not only to the organization’s “Northern Lights,” but also to their supporters and the entire Filipino MLBB community.

In the same event, Moonton Games announced a major development for the next edition of the tournament. The M8 World Championship will go global, with the Wild Card stage set to be held in Thailand and the Finals in Türkiye, marking the first-ever M Series hosted in Europe.

With their flawless M7 campaign, Aurora Gaming PH not only lifted the world championship trophy but also ushered Philippine MLBB into a new era on an increasingly global stage.
