Attention, Hallyu fans! The Asia Artists Awards 2023 (AAA) will be happening in the Philippines for the first time!

The annual star-studded ceremony of South Korea will take place in the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on December 14, as announced by Korean media outlets and the host of the awards, Star News, on August 30.

Last year, the award show took place at Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya, Japan, where K-pop artists such as Seventeen, The Boyz, Stray Kids, ITZY, TREASURE, IVE, Kep1er, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, NMIXX, and more performed on the big stage.

This year, the spectacular artists and actors will walk on the red carpet and stage at the world’s largest indoor arena, as certified by Guinness World Records, which is located in Bocaue, Bulacan.

Launched in 2016, the AAA is the first integrated award ceremony in South Korea, recognizing incredible stars in music, film, and television. It is also a ceremony where actors and singers perform together.

The mentioned awarding ceremony features Asian artists from different categories—specifically South Korean stars—where they will receive the Grand Prize, Asia Celebrity, Idol Plus Popularity Award, and Rookie of the Year awards, among others.

This year, AAA will happen at a large-scale venue that can accommodate more than 50,000 people, who also witnessed world tour stages for K-pop groups such as Seventeen, BLACKPINK, TREASURE, and TWICE – this coming October.

The AAA 2023 will be organized by the AAA Organizing Committee, TONZ Entertainment, and Philippine promoter PULP Live World.
