Ashfall was observed in Mi-isi in Daraga, as well as in San Roque and Manatag, in Legazpi City, with fine volcanic ash settling on homes, roads, and vegetation.
Residents in affected areas were advised to stay indoors and wear face masks and long-sleeved clothing to prevent skin irritation and respiratory problems. Authorities also reminded the public to cover water sources and limit outdoor exposure.
