Araneta City bus station management on Thursday announced that it suspended the operations of all transport vehicles at the Times Square Park and Beep jeep terminals following a massive fire that hit the station.
In an advisory, the management said the operation would be halted until further notice.
"We would like to thank all the firefighters who came from Quezon City and surrounding areas for their quick response to the situation," it said.
On Thursday afternoon, a fire broke out at the bus terminal in Araneta City in Cubao. The fire reached the Task Force Bravo which means it passed the fifth alarm.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) declared a fire out at around 10:09 pm.
As of writing, BFP is still investigating the cause of the fire incident.
