After playing in Serbia and France, Gilas Pilipinas Women mainstay Jack Animam will test her skills in China.

The Women's Chinese Basketball Association (WCBA) announced on Monday, July 31, that 24-year old Filipina player signed with the Wuhan Shengfan.

WCBA said that Animam will become the first foreign reinforcement in the Chinese league after four years, as well as the first-ever Filipino blooded player.

Before flying to China, Animam will don the Gilas Pilipinas Women jersey and compete in the 2023 William Jones Cup in Taiwan.
