The prices of oil products have been forecasted to drop by almost P2 for the last week of August, according to the Department of Energy (DOE).

The first three days of trading have raised anticipation for price cuts by August 27: P1.90 off every liter of diesel, P1.24 off every liter of gasoline, and kerosene will sell for P1.81 less per liter.

A price increase of P1 and more was implemented during the week before, beginning August 20.
