Aliwan Fiesta has unveiled the line-up of local artists who will perform in the highly-anticipated three-day Grandest Festival!
Five Original Pilipino Music (OPM) bands have been invited to the Pasakalye concert, dubbed as “Bente Naman Jam", slated for July 13, the first day of Aliwan Fiesta.
Opening the Pasakalye concert is Imago, the rock band behind popular OPM songs such as “Sundo”, “Akap”, and “Ewan”.
Imago will be followed by the rising three-piece band Hey June! which will surely deliver youthful and fresh music to the ears of the audience.
Also performing on the “Bente Naman Jam" stage is Gracenote, one of the active and oldest OPM bands in the country.
Completing the line-up is Sunkissed Lola, whose song “Pasilyo” trended on music charts, along with Old Fantasy.
Meanwhile, two soloists Mark Carpio and Luke Mejares will serenade the talented and beautiful candidates of the Reyna ng Aliwan Fiesta pageant slated on the second day, July 14.
On the last day of Aliwan Fiesta, during the awarding ceremonies, Love Radio's Tanya Chinita, After Image frontman Wency Cornejo, and DJ Tom Taus will join forces to heat the Aliwan stage and make the audience groove to the music.
Famed rock bands Banda ni Kleggy and 6cyclemind are set to close the three-day cultural extravaganza with their captivating live performances.

Aliwan Fiesta is an annual event organized by the Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP).
The event, often called "Mother of all Festivals", aims to showcase various Filipino cultures and heritage not only in the Philippines but to the world.
The Aliwan Fiesta 2023 will be held next week, starting from July 13 to July 15.
